All bookings are reviewed and confirmed personally by Hanna. Your request isn't fully confirmed until availability, access details, and payment are confirmed.

Payment

Payment should be paid before service starts. For daily services you can choose to pay daily or weekly. For a monthly subscription, one installment is preferred — up to 3 installments can be arranged.

Cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes when possible. Same-day cancellations may still be charged because the time was reserved for your pet.

Access

Please share clear entry instructions, gate codes, parking notes, leash/harness location, and any alarm details before the first visit.

Safety

Please disclose leash reactivity, anxiety, bite history, escape behavior, medical needs, allergies, or any special care notes before booking.

Weather

Walks may be adjusted for heat, storms, or unsafe sidewalks. In hot Las Vegas weather, care may shift to a shorter potty walk plus indoor play, water refresh, and enrichment.

Holiday / peak dates

Holiday, weekend, and last-minute bookings may be subject to adjusted pricing based on availability.

Location

Standard pricing applies within Hanna's regular Las Vegas / Summerlin service area. Travel fees may apply outside that area.

Members-only club. The Global Care Club is a private, invitation-style membership with a capped number of clients per season. Submitting a care request is an application, not a confirmed booking. Caregiver personally reviews and vets every household — including in-person introductions where appropriate — and reserves the sole right to accept, decline, or end membership at any time, for any lawful reason, in her sole discretion. If Caregiver does not feel the fit is right for her, the people in her care, or her own safety, your application may be respectfully declined and no services will begin.

Care Services Agreement. By signing below, Client engages Hanna Thistle / Global Care Club ("Caregiver") to provide the care services described in this request, conditional on Caregiver's acceptance of the application above. Client agrees to the following:

1. Honest information. Client will provide accurate information about pets, people, and property — including health, medical, behavioral, temperament, and bite history. Client confirms any pet receiving care is up to date on vaccinations (including rabies) and free of known contagious illness.

2. Assumption of risk & release. Client acknowledges that animal care, child care, home care, and travel care involve inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client releases, waives, and holds harmless Caregiver from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, illness, escape, property damage, or veterinary/medical expenses arising out of or related to the services — including injury caused to Caregiver by Client's pet(s), child(ren), or property condition. Client agrees to be financially responsible for any injury Caregiver sustains caused by Client's pet, including medical bills, lost income, and related costs.

3. Medical & emergency authorization. If Caregiver cannot reach Client in an emergency, Client authorizes Caregiver to seek reasonable veterinary or medical care at Client's expense and to act in the best interest of the pet, child, or elder in their care.

4. Property, keys & access. Caregiver will treat the home with care. Client is responsible for working locks, alarms, plumbing, appliances, and safe property condition. Caregiver is not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

5. Payment, cancellation & scheduling. Payment is due by the start of service via Zelle (702-544-0760) or cash. Once your booking has been accepted by Hanna, same-day cancellations and same-day no-shows are charged in full — no exceptions, no partial refunds. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booking are also charged at the full rate. Repeat bookings hold their scheduled spot weekly.

6. Photos & confidentiality. Caregiver may occasionally share tasteful photos of pets she cares for, with no identifying information about the home or family. Client may opt out anytime by replying "no photos." Client information, addresses, codes, and family details are kept private.

7. Scope. Elder companion care is non-medical only. Caregiver does not provide nursing, medication administration outside approved simple meds (oral meds, shots, eye drops by prior approval), transfers, bathing assistance, or emergency medical care.

8. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

How long have you been babysitting, house sitting, and caring for animals?+

Honestly — ever since I can remember. I think it's part of being the oldest of a few sisters with two animals at home and two working parents. You kind of get born into the caregiver role. I feel really grateful to be entrusted with this and to do it for a living now.

What's your cancellation policy?+

Life happens — just give me as much notice as you can. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and same-day no-shows, may be charged at full rate so that the spot held for you doesn't go to waste.

Where do all the requests go — will you actually see mine?+

Every request from this site sends to my personal inbox at hannathistle@gmail.com and the form also opens your email so you have a copy of what you sent. For the fastest response, text me at 702-544-0760 — that lands directly on my phone and I almost always reply within a couple of hours.

What areas do you serve?+

Home base is Summerlin / Las Vegas and the whole valley. I also serve Salt Lake City, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and Los Angeles regularly — and I'll basically go anywhere The GCC calls me. Select travel and global bookings welcome (travel costs covered by client).

Do you offer live-in nanny care?+

Yes. Live-in nanny care starts at $375/day with a private room provided. Travel nanny (joining your family for trips, retreats, or extended stays) starts at $450/day plus travel covered. Weekly and monthly rates available — text me to talk through what your family needs.

How do I pay?+

Zelle is preferred — send to 702-544-0760. Cash is also welcome. Payment is confirmed before your booking begins.

What does pet care cost?+

Simple and honest: $35 for a single 30-min walk, $70/day for two walks (AM + PM), and $95/night for an overnight stay. Add-ons (extra pet, meds, litter refresh, brush-out, bath) are optional and confirmed based on your pet's needs. Final schedule reviewed and confirmed personally by Hanna before booking.

Can I call or text you?+

Yes — text or call 702-544-0760. Text is the fastest way to get in the club.

Do you do house sitting and pet sitting while traveling?+

Yes. I'm open to select travel bookings for house sitting, pet sitting, and extended care. Travel costs (flights, lodging) covered by client.

Do you babysit?+

Yes. Warm, attentive babysitting and child care by request. Rates depend on number of children, ages, timing, and responsibilities.

Do you give medication to pets?+

Yes — simple medication, shots, and eye drops by approval. Special medical needs may need a custom quote and detailed instructions.

Do you offer overnight care?+

Yes. Overnight pet sitting, house sitting, and extended care are available by request.
